Refund policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 10 days of delivery at the customer's expense for store credit.

Personalized items cannot be returned due to the custom nature of the order. Sale and clearance are FINAL. Seasonal item sales are FINAL.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to submit a return request for Online orders:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the order that you would like to request a return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you would like to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Refund in the form of store credit will be processed upon receipt and inspection of items.

*Submitting a Return Request does NOT guarantee approval. Each circumstance will be carefully considered by the Sage Grove Team.

To return or exchange in person:

Bring the items you wish to return into our store front within 10 days the order was received. Returns are issued to the customer in the form of Store Credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry, home and gift items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed on certain items. Please contact us if you would like to make an exchange. Shipping to exchange is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will ship the exchanged item free of charge ONE time.

Refunds
Refunds are given as store credit only. You will be issued a digital gift card for online returns and a physical gift card for in-store returns.
